As founder and CEO of Springboards Consulting, Nadia focuses her passion for professional learning and high-impact communications on a singular goal: helping business leaders to achieve their objectives by bringing out the best in their people. Drawing on a roster of the most talented and accomplished experts in cross-cultural communication and leadership, Nadia partners with clients to develop and deliver highly specialized coaching through both individual and group programs designed to yield tangible results. More than 90% of Springboards’ coaching clients advance professionally within one year.
As Springboards has grown over the past decade, Nadia has been guided by several enduring principles and priorities:
Clients Come First.
Over the course of her career, Nadia has come to understand the importance of investing in really knowing the client, of taking the time to learn their strategic objectives, challenges, and specific concerns. She works closely with management and human resources executives to provide advisory services and to develop highly tailored programs that align with and support organizational goals.
Nadia believes Springboards achieves its greatest successes when ownership of coaching initiatives is shared across Springboards, client human resources and/or learning & development teams, coachees, and managers/mentors. Establishing a mutual commitment to collaboration and accountability is at the core of the Springboards approach.
Outstanding Caliber Coaches.
In building Springboards’ capabilities, Nadia has made it a priority to ensure diverse expertise – Springboards’ coaches offer training and support in multiple areas, including developing executive presence; enhancing speaking, presenting, and interpersonal communication; understanding cultural norms; networking effectively; and developing professional writing skills. Whatever their focus, Springboards’ coaches strive to create an environment of trust and confidence for all clients.
In addition to establishing bench strength, Nadia has worked with coaches to design proprietary systems-design-based assessment tools and a peer input and review process to capture and measure progress.
Her approach has enabled Springboards to deliver tangible results with speed and efficiency, freeing up human resources time and providing immediate-term impact. By providing strategic input and program planning, implementation, and oversight, Springboards makes it easy for busy HR and learning & development professionals to work with them.
Through her committee-level work with DisruptHR- Boston, an information exchange designed to energize, inform, and empower executives, business leaders, and HR professionals, Nadia has interacted with businesspeople who value the role of coaching and training in creating the “gold standard” employee experience: a rewarding and high-performance culture that supports business goals and contributes directly to the bottom line.
Throughout her career, Nadia has been committed to addressing the challenges faced by companies and employees as a result of the increasing globalization of the workforce. Through coaching, her Springboards colleagues and Nadia have helped maximize the contributions and growth of multinationals by providing them with the tools and insights they need to rapidly improve their verbal and written communications, and to gain confidence in their ability to successfully navigate the cultural nuances of a new workplace.
