Advisor, Diversity and Inclusion

Debora is an organization development consultant and systems coach specializing in diversity & inclusion, cultural competence, and leadership development. Over the past 25 years she has consulted to dozens of organizations in the U.S. and internationally on managing the human side of their business. Her clients span the worlds of business, health care, education, human services and government. Her values-based focus on good business practices is an integral part of her work.

Debora’s work as a coach and facilitator draws on a varied career that includes human resources at Digital Equipment Company and Wang Laboratories, hospital department head, university faculty member, and Peace Corps Volunteer. Her subsequent work in over a dozen countries and her Spanish language fluency influenced the intercultural perspective she applies to today’s work. She is trained in the Organization and Relationship Systems method of coaching and is a certified Motivation Factor coach. Debora received her M.A. in Education from New York University and completed doctoral studies in Organization Development at Harvard and MIT.
